En México cuatro de cada 10 libros son fotocopiados (y de los 10, dos son piratas). O sea, que el 60 por ciento de los libros que se leen son ilegales, distribuidos en el comercio informal o en fotocopias, y sólo el 40 por ciento se vende en librerías. “Esto quiere decir que de cada 10 libros que se venden en el país, nosotros que somos la industria legal , sólo vendemos el 20%”, señala Gally, director de la editorial Pax.
